To find your perfect size, please check our size chart available with each product. Keep in mind that the size may vary by up to 2.5 cm. If you're unsure, the size chart will help guide you to the best fit!

Cancellation of the order is only possible if it has not yet been processed by our warehouse.

Return

Our returns policy allows you 14 days from receipt of goods to return products provided they are in unused and perfect condition. Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping costs for returns. You can contact us conveniently by e-mail: support@artiesstudios.de Further steps will then be discussed. However, if a product is defective or faulty, we will of course cover the costs of returning and replacing the faulty item. We will be happy to help you with any returns. Your satisfaction is important to us.

For returns, we ask for your understanding that it can take between 2 and 30 working days for the refund to be processed and the money to be transferred back. As soon as we have received and checked your returned goods, the refund process will be initiated. Please note that the actual duration depends on various factors, including bank processing time. We will make every effort to complete this process as quickly as possible and will be happy to keep you informed of the status of your refund.

For returns within the 14-day return period, we ask our customers to contact us to return the desired product. Our support team will be available to coordinate the return process and provide you with the appropriate shipping address. Upon receipt of the returned item, it may take between 2 and 30 working days for us to inspect the product. Once the inspection is complete and the product is in perfect condition, the refund will be initiated via bank transfer. We will endeavor to complete this process as quickly as possible and will be available to assist you throughout the process.

Shipping

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number that you can use to follow your parcel on its journey. This tracking number allows you to track the exact location and current status of your parcel in real time. With this service, you have control over the delivery process and can see the expected delivery date.
